About this deal

He does say at the beginning he is focusing on his time at Man U as he has covered other parts of his life in other books, but what if like me you have not read these books?

This book gives you the story behind this incredible man – from his upbringing in a tough part of Glasgow, through his career as a football player in Scotland, to his 26 years in charge of one of the most famous and successful football clubs in the world. He would then go on a run winning a second continental title in 2008 and five Premier League titles between 2006 and 2013. Sir Alex Ferguson, the fearsome Scot who after 26 years in charge of Manchester United stepped down as manager earlier this year has just released his latest autobiography, simply titled - My Autobiography. It was so interesting to see how he looked after his talent pool and it wasn't like he was blindly keeping them on.

They tend to fly by the seat of their pants and when risks turn into issues, they run around like idiots.Discover how Alex began his career as a professional footballer, why he decided to become a coach, how he turned Manchester United into one of the world’s greatest football teams and why Fergie was the most respected manager in football!

A Serving of Crime with a Difference - You May Just Discover Something Unique, Different, or Unusual in These 20 Crime Novels. Spanning the entire spectrum, the work goes back to Alex Ferguson’s childhood in Glasgow, Scotland, his professional career in the Scotland League, his work as a manager for three Scottish clubs, and ultimately to Manchester United. Here, you'll discover not just the publication year, which is essential for understanding the context and evolution of the series, but also a succinct summary that teases the story without spoiling any surprises. The book took the readers into Ferguson’s life, from his early life in Govan, Scotland through his playing career and his managerial one after that.

This Is the One showcases bot the mean side of Fergie(Hairdryer) as well as his more humane, softer side as he led his side through the excruciating lows and the exhilarating highs.

He is famed for his dedication to Manchester United, his passion for football and his determination to win. He says that it was nothing other than his "man-management" skills that helped him to deal with the global stars. Sir Alex Ferguson was able to create a much envied, welcoming, and purposeful culture at the club that stood the test of time. This is "control" – the key word in Ferguson's philosophy of management – exerted well after the final whistle has been blown.I thought the reader was excellent and did a good job, although I would seriously question the idiot who decided the odd (and I mean perhaps 3 or 4 in the whole book) swear word in the book needed to be 'bleeped' out of the reading. The tell all book reveals what he thought about his players – he tears into Roy Keane, tells about his fallout with David Beckham. Ferguson chronicles of all the things he has contributed to the beautiful game and takes credit for a few tenuous achievements besides.
